To benefit from the assistance service for people with a disability, you must notify your airline of your need for assistance at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, specifying your specific needs and whether you travel with your personal wheelchair (electric or manual)
The better you report your disability, the better you will be assisted!
On departure, people with a disability must go directly to the Information and Sales counter located in the public hall of the terminal, where they will be taken care of until boarding the plane by dedicated assistance personnel.
On arrival, the passenger is taken care of on the plane, after the end of disembarkation, by dedicated assistance personnel and will be accompanied until their exit.
