Your arrival at La Rochelle – Ile de Ré Airport:
- For flights from outside the Schengen area, notify Customs 48 hours in advance by fax: +33 (0) 5 56 79 28 37 or by mail: codt-bordeaux@douane.finances.gouv.fr
- Parking is carried out in the GOLF apron.
- All pilots and crews must report to the Flight Providers office for the payment of fees. If the agents are absent, please leave your contact details in the letter box provided for this purpose. Otherwise, an increase of € 7 will be applied.
- Exit through an access dedicated to private aviation flights. Remember to write down the access code that will allow you to go through the dedicated access again when you leave. The code is valid for 8 days from Wednesday to Thursday. Beyond this limit, please contact Avitaillement at 05 46 42 86 69 or 06 30 24 30 87
- Wearing a high visibility vest is compulsory on the track side.
Your departure from La Rochelle – Ile de Ré Airport:
- Entrance through a dedicated access to private aviation flights
- Remember to pay the fees before you leave, if you haven’t already done so on arrival
General aviation (paved apron F)
- Limited parking areas, in priority for scheduled commercial flights
- Handling mandatory for safety and security reasons

- Any request for refueling outside the opening hours of the Refueling is invoiced at the fixed cost indicated in the price guide .
